...she is truly an inspiration. She is not just a yoga instructor, she embodies yoga in so many ways. That gives a student confidence to trust in her teachings. From her choice of music (Garth Stevenson!), to her poetry, to her rituals, (like tearing up magazine pictures of people in impossible yoga poses!) and her voice...all these, in addition to her ENERGY! make me want more and more! She has a way of picking up on issues we have and making the WHOLE class feel as if she’s teaching with them in mind. She is a very conscious person, giving much thought to all she does! This, in combination with a gentle attitude, (but yet very wise and very strong) makes for a much admired woman!

Her classes are welcoming and have a calming effect on her students. I know I will be in a great head space after the class is over.
